Jennifer Bradley’s article entitled “Spousal Support Modification: How Low Must a Payor Go?” was recently published in the Fall 2015 edition of the Virginia Family Law Quarterly, a publication of the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar.
The piece examines the difficulty spousal support payors face when attempting to reduce their payment obligations, even after demonstrating a substantial reduction in income.
