Jennifer A. Bradley Named Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers

Jennifer Bradley

Mullett Dove & Bradley Family Law, PLLC is pleased to announce that Jennifer A. Bradley was recently named a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers  (IAFL). Jennifer Bradley joins an elite group of 14 Fellows licensed to practice in Virginia.

The IAFL is a worldwide association of practicing lawyers who are recognized by their peers as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists in their respective countries. This invitation-only group was formed in 1986 as the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers to improve the practice of law and administration of justice in the area of divorce and family law throughout the world. In 2015 the name was changed to the International Academy of Family Lawyers, to more accurately reflect the current membership.

IAFL Fellows are experienced and adept at finding solutions to complex family law problems which have an international dimension. Comprising over 890 Fellows in 66 different countries, IAFL is the preeminent organization in family law internationally. Having a Fellow in this exclusive group allows MDMB to provide the highest level of support and guidance to clients with family law needs with an international component. More information related to Jennifer Bradley can be found on the IAFL website.

Jennifer regularly represents international clients with property division and custody issues. She has worked in family law for over 12 years, with a specialty in Collaborative Divorce. Admission as an IAFL Fellow requires demonstrating “a high level of competence in matters involving international family law issues,” maintaining a practice with a “significant and continuing international element” and “recognised by his/her peers as one of the most experienced and skilled family law practitioners in the jurisdiction in which they practice” (“Admission Criteria.” IAFL, 2021)

In addition to IAFL, Jennifer Bradley is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), and the Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia (CPNV). She has previously served as President of the Board of CPNV and currently serves on the board of the DC Academy of Collaborative Professionals (DCACP), and The Collaborative Project of Washington DC which provides reduced-fee or free help to families to resolve family disputes without going to court using the Collaborative Process. Learn more about Jennifer in her biography
