On Friday, March 31, Jennifer Bradley joined the Washington, D.C. Academy of Collaborative Professionals (DCACP) for a full day of advanced collaborative divorce training with Victoria Smith, JD, C.Med., Cert.CFM (FMC).
The presentation topic was “Complexity and Protocols: Adapting Collaborative Process in the Complex System of Divorce,” with a focus on understanding the taxonomy of simple, complicated, and complex problems, and the challenge of applying the collaborative process roadmap to a complex system, such as a divorce, that is constantly changing, unpredictable, and dependent upon the interactions among the participants.
