Jennifer Bradley will be attending the VSB Family Law Section’s annual Advanced Family Law Seminar in Alexandria on May 29, 2018.
Topics will include a presentation on appellate practice by Judge Russell of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, using social media evidence in trial, an overview of forensics for attorneys, and adiscussion on the new ethical pitfalls of email and social media. The seminar will also include legislative and case law updates.
