The Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the elite American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers sponsor an annual continuing legal education seminar focused solely on the practice of divorce and family law in Virginia. This year’s topics included foreign divorces and related implications in the Commonwealth, jurisdictional issues in multi-state custody disputes, and the promotion of professionalism and civility in family law litigation.
