Jennifer A. Mullett will be participating in the Alexandria Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court’s “Resolvers” program on Thursday, May 8th. The program provides free legal assistance to parents engaged in a custody dispute in the Juvenile Court.
The Resolvers program was developed in 2013 in an effort to improve the efficiency of the Juvenile Court’s dockets, give indigent litigants enhanced access to legal information regarding Virginia’s custody laws, and allow them an opportunity to attempt to reach a custody agreement with the assistance of an informed neutral third party.
